Overview
Agently’s Trello integration helps teams turn conversations into actionable tasks. Whether you’re tracking feature requests, managing support cases, coordinating production, or handling internal follow-ups, every important customer message can be converted into a structured Trello card automatically.
The integration bridges the gap between customer-facing teams and operational workflows, ensuring that no request gets lost and every task has proper visibility across departments.
How it works
Agently can automatically generate cards in Trello based on a wide variety of triggers:
A customer submits feedback
A lead requests pricing or a proposal
A support issue requires follow-up
A bug report is detected
A conversation is tagged with keywords like "feature request", "billing", or "urgent"
Each card can include:
Customer message history
Metadata (tags, intent, channel)
Conversation link back to Agently
Assigned team member
Priority indicators
Attachments, screenshots, or media sent by the customer
Updates can sync both ways. When a teammate adds a comment or changes the card’s status (e.g., from “To Do” → “In Progress”), Agently can display the update inside the customer conversation thread. This allows customer-facing teams to keep users informed without chasing internal updates manually.
