How it works

From any conversation in Agently, you can create a new GitHub Issue with one click, attach message history, or link it to an existing issue. When developers update the issue — whether adding comments, closing it, or pushing a fix — Agently mirrors those changes so support can follow progress in real time.
You can also automate workflows:
• Auto-create issues based on specific message tags
• Trigger status updates when customers confirm a bug
• Route technical conversations straight to engineering queues
This reduces back-and-forth and keeps product teams aligned with real customer needs.

Configure

Setup takes just a few minutes. Connect via GitHub API, authenticate, and allow Agently access to the repos you want to sync. Admins can configure:
• Which teams can create issues
• Repository mapping
• Auto-creation rules
• Linking preferences
Once active, all members can create or attach GitHub Issues directly inside Agently.
