Overview
Agently + Sentry brings error monitoring and customer communication into one unified workflow. When your app experiences a crash, performance issue, or unexpected behavior, Sentry catches it — and Agently helps your team understand the human side of the problem by linking user reports directly to technical diagnostics.
How it works
Whenever Sentry flags a new error, Agently can automatically notify your support or engineering team, highlight the severity, and match it with any customer conversation reporting the same issue. This gives teams a single, cohesive thread showing:
• What happened technically
• Which users were affected
• What they said about it
• How engineers responded
Support agents also get visibility into fix status, so customers receive updates without chasing the team for answers.
Configure
Connect your Sentry project through API tokens. After that, map your Sentry events to Agently rules, such as:
• Auto-routing errors to engineering queues
• Tagging affected conversations
• Triggering updates when errors are resolved
Admins can fine-tune filters based on severity, environments, or error types to ensure teams only receive relevant alerts.
