How it works

With the integration active:

  • All messages sync instantly — text, attachments, quick replies, buttons, and forms.

  • User profiles from Messenger are displayed with conversation context in Agently.

  • AI intent tagging helps classify messages like billing, sales, support, complaints, order updates, etc.

  • Automation triggers:

    • Auto-send FAQ responses

    • Assign chats to certain groups

    • Trigger follow-up reminders

    • Add tags or labels to categorize

  • Message templates:
    Send quick replies or structured messages directly from within Agently.

Configure

Setup takes just a few steps:

  1. Admin connects a Facebook Page in Agently Settings → Channels.
