How it works
With the integration active:
All messages sync instantly — text, attachments, quick replies, buttons, and forms.
User profiles from Messenger are displayed with conversation context in Agently.
AI intent tagging helps classify messages like billing, sales, support, complaints, order updates, etc.

Configure
