Senior Product Designer

Role overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to design user flows, interfaces, and systems that feel effortless. This role will help shape the visual and functional foundation of Agently’s platform and elevate the overall product experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for core product features—from research to final UI.

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specs.

• Partner with product and engineering to define user needs and translate them into elegant solutions.

• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.

• Conduct usability tests and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of design across platforms.

• Advocate for user-centered decision making in all product discussions.

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, UI craft, and problem-solving.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and prototyping frameworks.

• Understanding of design systems, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.

• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
